one of my central questions

How do we articulate an Anglicanism that is authentically Catholic, missional and contextually rooted which seeks the best of the past with an openness to future possibilities?

Answers on a postcard.

  1. The best answer so far for me has been Kenneth Leech. A new compendium of his thoughts has been published this year, "Prayer and Prophecy". He is very critical of Anglo-Catholicism when this tradition comes detatched from social action and solid pastoral care.
